Market Commentary:
For the week of Oct 27th – Nov 2nd, 30-year and 15-year interest rates decreased.
The 10-year yield has declined from a high of 5.006% to 4.649% since October 3rd with a lowest at 4.628% on November 1st (dropping 0.378%). The drop in the 10-year treasury along with the Fed deciding to pause rate hikes is aiding lower rates at the beginning of November.
